Refund Policy

1. How refunds work
Payments and refunds for Releva subscriptions are handled by Paddle.com Market Limited, acting as Merchant of Record. Our policy is aligned with Paddle's refund policy. Where the applicable law of your country of residence grants you higher rights, the highest level of rights always applies.
2. Statutory right of withdrawal
Depending on your country of residence, you may have a right of withdrawal from the transaction:
- European Union, EEA, Switzerland, United Kingdom: 14 days
- Turkey, Israel: 14 days
- South Korea, Brazil, Canada, China: 7 days
- Singapore: 5 days
As Releva is digital content supplied immediately, if you request immediate access and start downloading, using or benefiting from the service, your right of withdrawal may no longer apply (express waiver of the withdrawal right for digital content).
3. Subscriptions
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your customer portal (link provided by Paddle in the confirmation email, or accessible from your account). Cancellation stops the next charge; your access remains active until the end of the period already paid for. The 14-day withdrawal right does not apply to subsequent renewal payments.
4. Requesting a refund
Contact Paddle via the link on your receipt, or email us at contact@releva.ma with the email address tied to your account and the purchase date. Every request is reviewed. Submitting a request within the applicable period does not automatically guarantee a refund.
5. Processing
Refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method, typically within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank. Any currency-conversion fees on the refund are borne by your bank.
